These terms apply to the Build With Anubhav website and software offered by Anubhav Verma. By purchasing or using an app, you agree to the terms applicable at that time. Product-specific terms presented at purchase take precedence where they differ.

Software license and permitted use

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software, not ownership of the software. You may use it for personal or commercial work unless a product's stated license says otherwise. Where device activation applies, one license covers one authorized device unless the checkout or license terms explicitly allow more.

Activation and accounts

Some products may require a license key or activation. Keep your license information secure and contact us if activation fails. An account is required only if stated for the particular product.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share copies or license credentials beyond your permitted license. You may not reverse engineer the software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

We may provide improvements and fixes, but do not promise perpetual updates or uninterrupted availability. Features, compatibility, and requirements may change, with significant changes communicated where practical.

Purchases and some product functions may depend on third-party services with their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for services outside our control.

Intellectual property

Build With Anubhav retains intellectual property rights in the website, apps, names, and original materials, except for third-party materials and rights owned by others.

Disclaimer and liability

We aim to provide reliable software, but provide it without a guarantee that it will be error-free or fit every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license for a material breach of these terms, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
