Refund Policy.

Build With Anubhav sells digital software products. We want you to have a good experience and will review reasonable refund requests fairly, subject to applicable consumer law and any terms shown at checkout.

When you may be eligible

Please contact us if you were charged twice for the same purchase, cannot activate a valid license, experience a significant technical issue we cannot resolve, or discover that the app does not work on a Mac that meets its published compatibility requirements. Include enough detail for us to investigate.

Compatibility

Check each app's stated macOS and hardware requirements before purchasing. If published requirements were inaccurate and the app cannot run on your compatible device, please let us know.

How to request a refund

Email hello@buildwithanubhav.in with the product name, purchase email, transaction reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment card details. We may ask for more information to help resolve a technical problem.

Processing

We will review your request and reply as soon as reasonably possible. If approved, the refund is sent through the original payment method or the relevant payment provider. The time for the amount to appear depends on the provider and your bank. [A specific response or processing timeframe will be added when confirmed.]

When refunds may not apply

A refund may not be available for a change of mind after substantial use, incompatibility with devices outside published requirements, or issues caused by unauthorized modification or redistribution, except where required by law. Each request is assessed on its circumstances; your statutory rights are not affected.
